South Cottage - Long Term Let - UNAVAILABLE

The SOUTH cottage sleeps FOUR people and both bedrooms have their own bathroom or shower room.

The upstairs room is twin-bedded with ensuite bathroom. Upstairs there is also a separate area with television.

The downstairs double bedroom (which can become a twin) has an adjacent bathroom with shower.

The cottage has a sitting room/kitchen (electric cooker/oven and microwave), is centrally heated and double-glazed throughout, with a CD player.  A separate door off the sitting room to the south, allows alternative access to the surrounding garden.

The cottage enjoys superb views over the Kyle of Sutherland and right across to the impressive mountains on the West Coast.

• Linen (duvets) is provided, but guests are asked to bring their own towels and tea towels
• Lets run from Sunday to Sunday
• The rents which include electricity range from £250 - £484 per week depending on the time of year
• A 10% deposit is asked for with the booking and the balance will be due two weeks prior to the let

LINSIDECROY STEADING is situated six miles west of Bonar Bridge in Sutherland on the A837 and three miles from the Scotrail request halt at Invershin Station.
